POLICY

Gold jewelry upon return will be provided with 94% current day gold value. Value of stones and making charges are non – refundable. 

You may exchange the items within 7 days from purchase (with invoice) subjected to items being unused and in original condition. This policy is not applicable for promotional items and customized jewelry. 

Diamond jewelry can be exchanged only with any other diamond jewelry of the same value or more. 

Jewelry without the original invoice will not be covered within the exchange and return policy. 

The exchange and return policy are not applicable for color stones/ certified stones/ loose stones. 

For repairing/return of jewelry customer should visit the shop directly with original invoice. No delivering service available for repairing/return.
